John Neustadt, ND

John Neustadt, ND was Founder of Montana Integrative Medicine, Founder and President of the dietary supplement company Nutritional Biochemistry, Inc (NBI, nbihealth.com) and of NBI Pharmaceuticals. He’s a member of the Bone Health and Osteoporosis Foundation (BHOF) Corporate Advisory Roundtable (CAR), a high-level corporate advisory body to the Board of Trustees. It’s the first time a naturopathic doctor has served on this advisory board. Dr. Neustadt’s book on osteoporosis, Fracture-Proof Your Bones: A Comprehensive Guide to Osteoporosis was published in 2022. 

Dr. Neustadt is a member of the California Naturopathic Doctors (CNDA) Board of Directors and Chair of the Membership Committee. He was Chair of the Medical Committee for the 2022 San Diego JCC Maccabi Games, a youth sporting event involving nearly 2,000 teen athletes from across the United States and more than 70 delegations from around the world. For the past several years Dr. Neustadt has done an annual series of four Grand Rounds talks and mentored groups of 4th year Naturopathic Medical Students at Bastyr University San Diego.

Dr. Tia Trivisonno

Dr. Tia Trivisonno is a naturopathic physician and acupuncturist with a master of sciences in Oriental medicine and extensive training in biological medicine.  She works in two integrative clinical settings on Long Island, New York that employ a unique team-based approach to managing patient care, Transformational Healing Solutions in Glen Head, NY, and Rejuvenation Health in East Hampton, NY. 

Dr. Tia is deeply committed to advancing access to naturopathic medicine and promoting a paradigm shift for a more cooperative system of health care.  She is the President of the New York Association of Naturopathic Physicians (NYANP).  She lectures internationally on her clinics’ innovative approach to mental health and chronic disease and has co-authored journal publications.   

Dr. Tia loves surfing, travel and playing music.  She studied Ayurvedic medicine in India and spent two years doing environmental work as a Peace Corps volunteer in Paraguay.  Through her travels she developed a love of service and a deep respect for cultural traditions and indigenous medicine.  

She believes that working to improve the health of each individual will contribute to a healthier planet.

Dickson Thom, DDS, ND

Dickson Thom, DDS, ND has 40+ years of experience as a clinician and over 20 years as a medical professor. He lectures extensively throughout North America and is the author of two books, Coping with Food Intolerances and Unda Numbers: An Energetic Journey to Homeostasis and Wellness.

Dr. Thom has been teaching doctors, students and the lay public in proven medical principles and business skills for over 35 years. He has lectured extensively throughout North America and has written and collaborated on many articles dealing with energy medicines and nutrition.

In 2009, he received a very prestigious honor: “The Vis Award” from the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians for his commitment to the Healing Power of Nature as demonstrated through his work, life, and community service. In addition to being a full-time professor, he had a private practice in Portland, Oregon for 23 years with a primary focus on the management of chronic disease, including autoimmune disease, neurological conditions, gastrointestinal problems, and endocrine disorders. The therapies he utilizes focus on optimal lifestyle choices for each specific condition, including dietary, sleep, and exercise recommendations, supplementation and herbal medicine, a European form of homeopathy called “biotherapeutic drainage”, and hydrotherapy.

Heather Zwickey

Heather Zwickey is recognized internationally as an expert and educator in the fields of integrative medicine, natural therapies and the immune system. Dr. Zwickey has been leading natural medicine research for 20 years. She has a Ph.D. in immunology and microbiology from the University of Colorado in Immunology and completed her postdoc at Yale. She spent 17 years at the National University of Natural Medicine serving as the founding director of the Helfgott Research Institute and the Dean of the School of Graduate Studies. Heather speaks at conferences world-wide, sharing her enthusiasm for naturopathic medicine and science. She currently serves as the Director of Communication and Innovation at Thaena Inc., a microbiome-based company.

Dr. Doni Wilson

Dr. Doni Wilson is a Naturopathic Doctor, natural health expert, certified professional midwife, certified nutrition specialist, and best selling author of Master Your Stress, Reset Your Health.

She graduated from Bastyr University in 2000. Dr. Doni created her Stress Recovery Protocol™ to solve her migraines and health challenges. For more than 22 years, she has helped thousands of patients overcome health challenges and achieve wellness by using specific strategies that address the whole body and ultimately resolve the underlying causes of distress. She loves teaching patients to know what they need to move from stress to thriving, live well, and do what they love with ease. 

Dr. Doni brings awareness to the impact of stress on our health and to the strategies and solutions for stress recovery through the media and at public and professional events. Maria Noël Groves, RH (AHG)

Maria Noël Groves, RH (AHG), clinical herbalist, runs Wintergreen Botanicals, nestled in the pine forests of central New Hampshire. With 25 years of experience, her business is devoted to education and empowerment via classes, health consultations, and writing with the foundational belief that good health grows in nature. Maria is the author of the award-winning, best-selling Body into Balance: An Herbal Guide to Holistic Self Care (a core textbook in schools across the country) and Grow Your Own Herbal Remedies. She writes for various national publications and is a guest educator at the Herbal Academy, Massachusetts College of Pharmacy, International Herb Symposium, and the Maryland University of Integrative Health.  She is a registered professional herbalist with the American Herbalists Guild, trained as a western clinical herbalist by the Southwest School of Botanicals Medicine (Michael Moore) and Sage Mountain (Rosemary Gladstar). Dr. Anderson-Ross

Dr. Anderson-Ross is a naturopathic doctor with 20 years of private practice focused on hormone balance, adrenal health, sleep, and adolescent health. Dr. Krista is a frequent presenter at professional conferences on the topics of adrenal and hormone health, sleep, melatonin, and adolescent health. Her articles on sleep and mindfulness have been published in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Todd Born

Dr. Born is a naturopathic physician, certified nutrition specialist (CNS), co-owner and medical director of Born Integrative Medicine Specialists, PLLC.  He is the Director of Product Development, Scientific and Clinical Education, as well as Scientific Advisor for Allergy Research Group.  He is a medical wellness advisor for the International Medical Wellness Association.     

He graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, WA in 2010 and completed his residency at the Bastyr Center for Natural Health, its thirteen teaching clinics, with rotations at Evergreen and Harborview Medical Centers’ Emergency Medicine Departments, and Virginia Mason Hospital’s department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Spine Clinic.

He is extensively published, has appeared on multiple news and national radio shows, and lectured as an expert for the National Psoriasis Foundation and National Arthritis Foundation.  He lectures at medical conferences across the country and internationally.

Dr. Born’s clinical focus is utilizing integrative medicine to treat families of all ages who have complex chronic diseases, with a strong interest in difficult and refractory cases of any condition and age.

Dr. Amy Rothenberg

Dr. Rothenberg has practiced as a licensed naturopathic physician since 1986 with an emphasis on treating families. She loves to support families in preventive health and the natural medicine treatment of acute and chronic ailments. Offering support, parenting advice and family problems solving skills is often part of that work. 

Her book, The A Cappella Singer Who Lost Her Voice & Other Stories from Natural Medicine tells the story of naturopathic medicine through patient accounts. Her book You Finished Treatment, Now What? A Field Guide for Cancer Survivors is due out in 2022. She is a frequent contributor to the Huffington Post, Thrive Global, Medium and Elephant Journal and is often interviewed by the press.

Dr. Rothenberg served on the Board of Health in Amherst, Massachusetts for six years and also spearheaded the successful licensure of NDs in Massachusetts. She is the American Association of Naturopathic Physicians 2017 Physician of the year and current President of the Massachusetts Society of Naturopathic Doctors.

When not busy in the world of natural medicine, Dr. Rothenberg can be found spending time with family and friends, on the ballroom dance floor, puttering around the art table or playing her guitar. If asked, she would say her greatest contribution in life is the three beautiful, sensitive, creative people she has raised.
