$225 per person for both days with pre-registration by September 30, 2010 Early Bird Deadline. After September 30: $275. For one day, $130 before Sep 30; $160 after Sep 30.
Tuition includes breakfast, lunch & refreshments (with many gluten free options) both days and lecture notes. The Friday Night Social is a free event.

Please register early and arrive before the scheduled start times. Registrations are subject to cancellation after the scheduled start time. Registrants canceling up to 2 weeks before the conference will receive a tuition refund less $15.00 administration fee. Cancellations after October 23, 2010 cannot be refunded. Cancellation requests must be made in writing. If a seminar cannot be held for reasons beyond the control of the sponsor (e.g. Acts of God), registrants will receive a voucher for next year’s event. Nonpayment of full tuition may, at the sponsor’s option, result in cancellation of CE credits issued. A $25.00 service charge applies to each returned check. Additional lecture notes will be available for the separate purchase price of $30.00.
