Dr. Rivard is a licensed naturopathic doctor (N.D.) and owner of Seasons Natural Healthcare, LLC, located in Derry, New Hampshire. She offers naturopathic medical care in a clinical setting which includes multidisciplinary health and wellness services.

While Dr. Rivard works with patients seeking help for a wide variety of health concerns, her areas of focus include: gastrointestinal concerns, cardiovascular and pulmonary disease, insulin resistance, general wellness and prevention of disease, and the treatment of chronic joint and muscle pain - especially in the knee, hip, and low back areas.

Treatment modalities include: nutritional counseling and strategies, stress management techniques, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and a strong focus on physical medicine therapies such as myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, somatic re-education, and structural integration (similar to Rolfing.)

Dr. Rivard received her doctorate in naturopathic medicine from National College of Natural Medicine (NCNM) in Portland, OR, the oldest accredited graduate program for naturopathic medical training in the country. Her training represents the completion of a four year, full time, post-graduate academic program inclusive of 2 years of clinical rounds in community outpatient clinics, and one year of internship at a clinic focusing on the naturopathic treatments of cardiac, pulmonary and endocrine disorders. Her thesis was entitled, “Preventing the progression of type 2 diabetes; implications of diet and exercise on insulin resistance.” Dr. Rivard has passed rigorous national board exams to become eligible for state licensure, and she completes ongoing continuing education requirements in pharmacy and integrative medicine training in order to maintain current licensure in the state of New Hampshire.
